Our reviews give you two perspectives. Jakub takes the perspective of the car enthusiast, while Yuri represents the interests of the general consumer. You won’t find details about engine compression ratios here, instead you’ll have real world opinions on what it’s like to drive and own cars.

  2. Just picked up a 2020 CX5 GTR. I just installed an intake and will add larger intercooler and thicker piping to reduce turbo lag. Just did a 10 hour road trip in it and i'm obsessed. Maybe when i'm done with my mods you can come test it out to see the proper CX-5 turbo with (fingers crossed gotta find someone to build me a cat back cause nothing on market) 290 hp. Also the off-road mode for 2020 performed flawlessly in some heavy beach sand dunes.

  3. Damn, it would've been perfect if they added a panoramic sunroof and better integration of the display. Screen looked like a kid's tablet that was just slapped on.

  4. I own the exact same Mazda CX-5, bought 2 months after this review was published, here in Europe and with 194 hp instead of 227 hp, in cash €42,000. By today's exchange rate, that's CAD 66,000 wtf? Cars can't be that cheap in Canada or I'm f****d by my gov

  5. Thanks guys another great review, I must say it was cool seeing you with Matt from car wow using the stick if truth test lol. I saw this car today at a dealership and I loved it, I haven't driven it yet but can't wait. My only dislike is the vehicle didn't have front or rear sensors.

  6. All hail materialism and the almighty debt God. Most people mathematically cannot even afford a 25k car let alone a 35k one

  7. One thing about Mazda is their infotainment system is more "old school." The newer interfaces are overly complicated and distracting. Subaru is the worst with their 12 inch display and the fact that just about all vehicle functions are controlled from the icons/display. Climate control, heated seats, etc. Hope Mazda doesn't try to make things more "futuristic." God bless manual knobs!!

  8. For me the loading infotainment is okay cause i always start the car up and sit there for 5 minutes

  9. I've been stuck between this and the new RDX, it's hard to tell myself the Acura is worth the extra $10k. The handling is something I love (RDX) but again like this video says, it's an SUV/CUV.

  10. nothing wrong with CVT….anyways you guys need to review a murano,,,i have one and we love it

  11. I bought a Mazda CX-5.. Surprisingly, the car has no mat.. Called company and said should pay 212 extra dollar to buy it.. It is ridiculous..

  12. Our Mazda CX-5(Edmund's) had a sticker price of $34,505 when it was new. After a year of driving, our odometer had about 17,600 miles on it. Assuming clean condition, the CX-5 had a private-party appraised value of $24,818.
This is a 28% depreciation, which is worse than our long-term fleet average of 22%. Edmund's

  13. If you just listen at any point in this video instead of watching you would think they are testing a jeep with that kind of tire noise.

  14. WHY ON EARTH does every God damn review have to be the top trim?? But excellent video guys hahaha. Definitely entertaining. Gotta new subscriber

  15. 250 hp on 91 octane ok ok ok so what about 98 octane how much power i ll get 😀 300 🙂

  16. I drive a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Diesel w/Turbo (150HP) and honestly you guys miss a lot by not having the Manual gearbox its amazing to drive.

  17. For my 2019 MAZDA CX 5 GT Reserve ("Candy Apple Red") I wish Mazda had done the following:
    1. EiGHT SPEED transmission
    2. 245/50/19 tires (they fit well on the OEM 19" wheels)
    3. horizontal red light "bar" connecting the tail lights. Say 1/2" wide. Jus' sayin'…

  18. The cx5 signature does not come with parking sensors nor does it come with 360 view. The seat setting profile buttons aren't even illuminated which makes it hard to figure out which button to push in the dark. I'm surprised you guys didn't mention anything about this?

  19. rubbish car. For all the cars that I had been driven, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, I gave them average cars, except for Mazda is below average.
